Idk what the other reviews are talking about.. Although it's well known that all Pizza Hut delivery sucks everywhere... It's always cold and soggy.. And I say that for all pizza huts not just this one.. I have traveled for my work for 18 years and have tried them everywhere so I speak from experience on this.. But as far as this particular order.. The girl answered the phone after about 5 rings.. I was never placed on hold.. She was super friendly and helpful while I place my order.. Then upon picking up the order.. It was ready when they said.. Fresh hot and made to order perfectly... And the gentleman that collected my money was also very friendly and helpful... I have no complaints and would recommend pick up from this location for anyone... But as I mentioned I wouldn't bother getting delivery from any Pizza Hut.. It's just not their strongest selling point.. It has always been and always will best when u eat there or at least pick it up yourself...
They never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold so they can end their personal phone conversations with someone else, and you'd think they'd be quick about it. No. They actually finish their conversation first. They leave you sit in the drive thru forever without acknowledging you being there. I love Pizza Hut always, but a lot of the staff at this location need to go. So don't bother trying to call an order in; they won't answer. you'll just get stuck sitting in their lobby waiting on food that you could have called in because they don't answer the phone. This all has happened on 3 seperate occasions. I've yet to have a good experience at this location.
Deliveries always late. Pizza always cold or lukewarm, at best. Delivery drivers and workers are nice and all, but service still lackluster. Best to find Pizza elsewhere.
