I'm out of town and was looking for a local flower shop back home. I went to their website which wouldn't work. So I called the business. The woman was very friendly, and said "I'm glad you called so I could see on her website exactly what I wanted for a Mothers Day arrangement." Well, I paid 48.00 for a completely different arrangement. Yes, it was pretty. But NOT what I ordered. I wouldn't have know had I not received a picture of the flowers. It didn't look like what she and I looked at. Will not be doing business with them again.

Delivery time was fast and as promised, the price was reasonably affordable but I ordered a colorful yellow arrangement for my mom for mothers day and noted in the comments to the florist "if flowers not in stock please use bright and colorful flowers in place of those not available"... the bouquet arrived and it was white and light pink flowers. :( It was pretty but I really wanted to have bright spring colors as my mom had been going through a hard time. She loved them and it brightened her day. Thanks.

I called 2 days in a row to follow up on this and never once got a call back, yet apparently i'm the rude person who paid on time and even went with their recommendation on which service to order through.

They were given the date and time and claim that when they got there it was too late. That's not acceptable, you can't redo this and no I do not want the flowers anyways. When I asked for my money back she said I had to call the bank as there was nothing they could do on their end....
Called this flower shop to order flowers from a local provider for a funeral for my boss's brother in law. After speaking with them PRIOR to the funeral and order to make sure it could be done on time they still didn't get it out on time. We we were told to use the online ordering service instead of over the phone and they claim that was the issue....it was at their recommendation.
