Although I don't care for "all" the staff, some are nice and do their jobs quite well, it will take far more than that to cause me to leave my Dr..... Also this place is Open late many nights and open Saturdays, I don't use the Nurse Practitioners that are on duty for the weekend,,,if you have the Flu I'm sure they will be very acceptable. The Caring female Dr. Stayed late during an Ice Storm just so she could see me. SHE IS GREAT....I've left her name off as a courtesy to her.

I have had just the opposite experience with the Dr. mentioned below. She found a problem that male doctors and other female doctors have been missing for years. She sent me to a specialist and he is excellent also.
The office folks drive me nuts, they never return calls and overall give the I don't give a damned attitude.
The female Dr here (she made such little impression that I didn't even care to remember her name) was dry, unfriendly and made my visit there just plain uncomfortably awkward. I had my son with me who even later commented that he hoped we didn't return. It was my first time there and she did nothing to make a positive impression. She didn't seem caring. All I can say is that she was professional. I won't return, at least not to her. The office staff and nurses were VERY friendly. The wait was about average and the facilities were clean.
Was here 2 days ago for bloodwork. Waited 2 hours for a nurse, as the phlebotomist was not there. Ended up leaving, came back today, waited 45 min. Stephanie, the phlebotomist, came out, sat down at the nurses station exclaiming how hungry she was. I had to rudely remind her that I was still waiting. End the end, she stuck me 4x & put a sticky note on the vials, as she had no label's printed with my name on them. Apparently the girl at the front desk who was so busy gossiping forgot to print them.
